Following the November meeting of the Arctic NGO Forum, the NGOs published a letter on Black Carbon, addressed to the Arctic Environment Ministers.

NGO letter to Senior Arctic Officials, 22 January 2013

Partnering NGOs to the Arctic NGO Forum wrote a letter to the Senior Arctic Officials (SAOs), urging them to place high priority on addressing certain issues in the Kiruna Declaration.
